I am very active in my community and I  belong to several organizations including Toastmasters International, and ASTD (American Society for Training and Development). I am current serving as an Area governor for Toastmasters and President of my home owner association. I also volunteer for organizations like Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity, and the American Cancer Society. I have founded two organizations that help children and the unemployed improve their speaking skills and I volunteer to teach career development skills such as social media and the use of mobile technology. I am the president of the PDA School in Fairport, NY which I founded the in May 2003, The PDA School is a company focused on training and solutions for professional development and achievement. I am an award winning speaker and presenter. I have won over two dozen awards for humorous and inspirational speeches. He also speaks and trains for corporations and organizations, giving keynote speeches and development programs geared specifically for them. Dave is also a member of Toastmasters, an organization dedicated to helping individuals develop their speaking ability. He has won numerous awards for his speaking ability including, Best Humorous Speaker, Best Evaluator, and Best Table Topics Speaker.
